Insert the USB flash disk that contains BIOS file to the USB port. 4-6 Chapter 4: BIOS Setup 4. 1. 6 ASUS Update The ASUS Update is a utility that allows you to update the motherboard BIOS in Windows® environment. This utility is available in the support CD that comes with the motherboard package. ASUS Update requires an Internet connection either through a network or an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Launch the utility from the Windows desktop by clicking Start > Programs > ASUS > ASUSUpdate > ASUSUpdate. Select your desired update method, then click Next. ASUS M2V-MX SE-MX SE 4-7 3. If you select updating/ downloading from the Internet, select the ASUS FTP site nearest you to avoid network traffic, or choose Auto Select.
