Upper & Lower Heating + Convection Function Upper Heating + Convection Function Lower & Lower Heating Upper Heating + Rotisserie Function Lower & Lower Heating + Convection & Rotisserie Function 13 Fan Function The fan function circulates the hot air to provide faster and evenly cooked food. Use with Rotisserie Forks Installing Rotisserie Forks Fit the rotisserie forks in the rotisserie holes, and then attach it to the rotisserie tray. Removing Rotisserie Forks Use the rotisserie handle to remove the rotisserie forks from the rotisserie tray, and then remove it from the rotisserie hole. When cleaning, use a soft cloth (or sponge) and neutral cleaner on the interior and exterior surfaces of the oven, tray, rack, and rotisserie fork.
