[. . . ] · Do not use on metal surfaces, for example, a sink drain board. · To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the power supply cord, plug or Coffee and Spice Grinder in water or any other liquid. · Do not operate the Coffee and Spice Grinder continually for longer than 60 seconds. Allow appliance to cool down for 10-15 minutes after extended continuous operation. Remove transparent cover by turning counterclockwise to unlock position, then lift straight up. The Coffee and Spice Grinder will stop automatically when grinding is complete. If START button is pressed again, grinder will start from beginning of timed cycle. After grinding is completed, switch the power off at the power outlet and remove the plug from the power outlet. Remove the transparent cover by turning counterclockwise to unlock position, lift straight up. Twist the removable bowl anti­clockwise to unlock position and lift straight up. To rewind cord: turn base clockwise, using either the interior finger grips or the outside of the base. The Coffee and Spice Grinder will only operate with the transparent cover in locked position. Easy clean removable bowl Transparent cover 3. Pour whole coffee beans directly into removable bowl and fill to desired level as indicated inside the bowl. Return the transparent cover to locked position over the removable bowl. Make sure the arrow on the transparent cover is aligned with the unlock symbol on side of grinder. Slowly release the power plug from the storage position by pulling outwards until it stops. Insert the power plug into a 230/240v power outlet and turn the power switch on. Rotate Grind Selector control dial to select desired fineness of grind. Rotating from left to right, coarse to finer.
