I Shipment of the Printer If for any reason you must ship your Printer, carefully package the Printer to avoid any damage during transit. Since Brother Printing Solution for Windows relies on effective data compression to `squeeze' a large print job into a smaller space, there are times when data compression cannot squeeze a complex 600 dpi document into a smaller space and a resulting "Print Overrun" error message may occur. When this occurs, you may choose to purchase additional memory, or make changes to your printer driver settings (such as reduce print resolution from 600 to 300 dpi, or change Half Tone setting to Line Art or Photo Graphics). The memory capacity can be expanded up to 2 MB with an optional memory board. Only one size of memory board is available as an option, giving 1. 5 MB memory expansion.
