Brother Numbers IMPORTANT For technical and operational assistance, you must call the country where you purchased the MFC. Calls must be made from within that country. Brother fax-back system Brother Customer Service has installed an easy-to-use fax-back system, so you can get instant answers to common technical questions and product information for all Brother products. You can use the system to send faxes to any fax machine, not just the one from which you are calling. [. . . ] If you've set Call Reservation to ON, pick up your handset if the MFC rings. You cannot use Call Reservation with Delayed Transmission or with Polling. Note You must register your Station ID to set Call Back Message to ON.
