Transfer of flavour and discoloration of the plastic parts will also be prevented. The temperature of the supermarket freezer should be -18 °C or lower. If possible, transport deep frozen food in an insulated bag and place quickly in the freezer compartment. D 11 Freezing fresh food Arranging food in the appliance Preferably freeze large quantities of food in the top com partments where freezing is particularly quick and there fore also gentle.
