NOTE: The red WWAN antenna cable is connected to the WLAN module “Main” terminal. The blue WWAN antenna cable is connected to the WWAN module “Aux” terminal. Remove the two Phillips PM2. 5×3. 0 screws (2) that secure the WWAN module to the computer. Slide the palm rest back toward the display (2), and then lift the front edge (3) to gain access to the TouchPad cable. 76 Chapter 4 Removal and replacement procedures 3. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the TouchPad cable is connected, and then disconnect the TouchPad cable (2) from the system board. 4. Remove the palm rest. Remove the hard drive (4) from the hard drive bay. 5. 6. If it is necessary to replace the hard drive bracket, remove the two Phillips PM3. 0×4. 0 hard drive bracket screws (1) from each side of the hard drive. Lift the bracket (2) straight up to remove it from the hard drive. Reverse this procedure to reassemble and install the hard drive.
