BioFresh compartment The BioFresh makes it possible to keep several fresh foods up to three times as long, while maintaining the same quality as for conventional refrigeration. The food retains a high degree of taste, freshness, enjoyment and nutritional values (C and B vitamin content). The automatically adjusted storage temperature just below 0°C and the self-regulated air humidity ensure that the various food items are kept in the ideal conditions. Do not exceed the following quantities in each pack, to ensure that the contents will freeze quickly to the core: - Fruit, vegetables, up to 1 kg, - Meat, up to 2. 5 kg. · After washing, blanch portions of vegetables (2-3 minutes in boiling water, remove and plunge into cold water to cool.
