Storage in automatic mode Stopping the machine Press the selected cycle button (or for 1 second). 27 MANUAL MODE Switching on/off Changing the mode Press the paddle button. Leave to churn (or hold the button for until desired consistency is 1 second). If you have selected the wrong mode or cycle, you can change to the one you want at any time, simply by pressing the corresponding button. Stopping the machine Press the indicator button(s) that is/are on (or for 1 second). 28 CLEANING Always disconnect your appliance from the mains before cleaning it. Wait until the fixed bowl has completely defrosted before cleaning it. Once defrosted remove Wipe the exterior with all remaining mixture a soft damp cloth, then & clean with a damp dry.
