[. . . ] Note: To turn off headset, see "Turning On and Off" on this guide. 4 TURN ON BLUETOOTH ON YOUR PHONE AND PAIR WITH HEADSET Your phone's Bluetooth feature is off by default. To turn on Bluetooth: 1 Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >Bluetooth Link > Setup. 6 Select Handsfree. 5 TURN ON BLUETOOTH ON YOUR PHONE AND PAIR WITH HEADSET CONTINUED 7 Select [ Look for Devices] Note: Do not select STOP-you will automatically be taken to the next screen. 8 9 Select Motorola H3. When your headset and phone are successfully paired, the blue light on your headset will change from steadily lit to flashing. Note: This procedure is for most Motorola phones. For other phones, see your phone's user's guide or visit: www. hellomoto. com/bluetoothsupport and click Set Up My New Product. 6 TEST AND USE Your phone and headset are now paired and ready to make and receive calls. To confirm they are operating properly, make a call: 1 Place the headset over your ear. 2 On your phone, dial the number you want to call and press the Send key. 3 If your phone and headset are successfully paired, you hear ringing on the headset. After you have successfully paired your phone and headset, you do not need to repeat these initial setup steps each time you use the headset. 7 USING YOUR H3 Features and Functions Guide IMPORTANT: Be sure to first follow the User's Guide to complete initial setup of your H3. 8 TURNING HEADSET ON/OFF To turn your headset on, press and hold the Call button until the indicator light flashes. To turn you headset off, press and hold the Call button until the indicator light flashes rapidly and then turns off. 9 WEARING THE HEADSET 1 Open the earhook. 3 Press the headset to your ear. 10 CHANGING FOR USE ON OTHER EAR You can wear your H3 headset on your left or right ear.
