You can receive these files as e-mail attachments and save them to your Contacts database. 54 PiN 570 | User Manual Once you are viewing an e-mail with a vCard (. VCF extension) file, single click on the vCard. Tap Yes to save this contact when prompted. Composing Messages To compose an e-mail message: 1. Tap New. 2. In the To field, enter the e-mail addresses of one or more recipients, separating them with a semicolon. Alternatively, select a name from the contact list by tapping the Address Book button. Your PiN will display in the Address Book all e-mail addresses entered in the e-mail fields in Contacts. When you begin typing in the name or e-mail address of a contact, your PiN will suggest addresses in its memory based on the characters you have entered. Alternatively, you can display the Address Book and manually browse for contacts. Search for contacts by entering parts of their name where it says "Find a name". 3. Compose your message. To enter preset or frequently used messages, tap My Text and select a message. You can edit My Text messages (see "Using My Text" on page 35). You can check the recipient names against your contacts list. 55 PiN 570 | User Manual iv. You can save a copy of the message to your drafts folder for later access. If you are working offline, the message is moved to the Outbox folder and will be sent the next time you connect. Working with Inbox Accounts The Accounts menu (available from the main Inbox window) allows you to connect to mail accounts to download/send messages, remove all messages from the selected account, create a new account, view existing accounts, or switch between available accounts.
