Setting the clock (24 hour) Before setting a cooking program the clock needs to be set. The display will show '24H', and the clock symbol will be displayed. Turn the 'Time/Menu. Quick start cooking This program allows you to cook food at 100% power between 30 seconds and 12 minutes by pressing the 'Time. Menu' knob directly. Place the food in a container suitable for use with microwave ovens and put it into the microwave oven. To set the time (2 minutes), press the 'Time/Menu' knob 4 times. When the food has finished cooking the oven will beep 4 times to let you know and the word 'End' will be displayed.
