Power Level Press this button a number of times to set a cooking power level. Weight/Time Turn the knob to input a cooking time, select the weight of food you want to cook from the Auto menu. The microwave oven will beep once and the display will show the clock symbol and '1:01'. Note: during any of the following cooking programs, to pause cooking, press the 'Stop/Cancel' button. Setting the clock (24 hour) Before setting a cooking program the clock needs to be set. The display will show '24H', and the clock symbol will be displayed. Turn the 'Weight/Time' knob clockwise until the display shows '8:'. The display will show '8:00' and the clock symbol will continue to flash. Turn the 'Weight/Time' knob clockwise until the display shows '08:30'. The clock is now set, the ':' symbol will continue to flash and the 'Clock' symbol will stay lit. Microwave cooking(Cooking times between 10 seconds and 60 minutes) Press the 'Power Level' button a number of times to choose a cooking power level, then turn the 'Weight/Time' knob clockwise to choose the time. You can microwave food using 6 settings: Press the power level button Once Twice Three times Four times Five times Six times Cooking power 100% (High) 80% (Medium High) 60% (Medium) 40% (Medium Low) 20% (Low) 0% (Use for kitchen timer) For example; if you want to microwave food for 20 minutes at 60% microwave power: 1. Place the food in a container suitable for use with microwave ovens and put it into the microwave oven. The display will show '60%', the symbols 'Microwave' and 'Power level' symbol will light up 3. Turn the 'Weight/Time' knob clockwise knob to set the time until the display shows '20:00'. [. . . ] Regularly remove the glass tray to clean it, and wash in warm soapy water. Do not remove the waveguide cover on the inside wall of the cavity. 11 Problem solving The microwave oven may cause interference to your radio, TV or similar equipment. If it does, you can get rid of the interference by moving the radio, TV or equipment as far away from your microwave oven as possible.
