' pads and turning the 'Time/Menu' control. The following example shows you how to cook food on power level 80% for 5 minutes: 1 Touch the 'Micro' pad. Cooking food that requires special care, such as cheese and egg dishes, puddings and custards. For example, if you want to defrost food for 10 minutes: 1 Touch the 'Jet defrost' pad. The display will show.
