[. . . ] Do not use any parts or accessories not supplied or recommended by SOLAC. Before plugging the appliance into the mains, check that the indicated voltage is the same as in your home. Always unplug the appliance after use and before assembling or removing parts, and performing any maintenance or cleaning operations. [. . . ] During use, the power cord must not be wound around or cross over the pad. Do not cover this product with plastic bags or any additional covers. Do not use this appliance for purposes other than those described in this manual. This product is not designed for medical use in hospitals or for use in excessively humid environments (tropical countries, etc). People who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using this appliance. The pad should be used under direct supervision, especially when used by persons who are disabled, insensitive to heat or sick or when used by children. Do not use the appliance while under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives. Do not use the electric pad on parts of the body that are inflamed, infected or injured. If you suffer from muscle or joint pain for a long period of time, please consult your doctor. If you suffer pain or any discomfort when applying the pad, stop applying it immediately. When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw it in the rubbish bin. The application of heat favours the blood flow, thereby improving mobility and increasing the sensation of well-being at the end of the day.
