It is preferable to use a wooden spatula or special utensil for non-stick coating to turn food over. s Do not cut directly on the coating. s s Darkening and lines which may appear after long use do not matter. SEB/TEFAL guarantees that the non-stick coating of the pressure cooker complies with the regulations on materials in contact with food. s To clean your stainless steel pressure cooker when it has become stained s Clean the pan with a scouring pad.
