The food will not get a crisp finish. 34 Bake Bake, Surround Default temperature . 375°F (190°C) Conventional baking mode for traditional recipes and for the preparation of souffles. ^ Set the pan on the middle of the combi rack on the 1st or 2nd level runner from the bottom.
