The DLD® Wide Range is a powerfully efficient VDO solution for vehicles on the road ­ because it makes short work of the legal downloading of mass memory and driver card data ­ anywhere and anytime, via GPRS (mobile wireless network). The files are downloaded from the DTCO ® to VDO's remote server via GPRS ­ so mass memory and driver card data can be downloaded 24/7, Europe-wide. Data transfer 4 The DLD ® Wide Range transmits the encrypted data to the remote server via GPRS. 5 Data for TIS-Web® customers is transmitted directly to the TIS-Web® server via a secure Internet connection (https) ­ so it's immediately available for evaluation.
