Probable cause On some paper types, prints with uneven coverage may curl where coverage is heaviest. Too much media is loaded in the tray. Solution When making prints with heavy coverage, select Face Down as the Output Order at the printer's front panel or from your application's Print menu. See "Specialty Media" on page 14 for the tray capacity for different types of media. Remove toner cartridges only when they are empty and you have been prompted by the front panel to replace them. s s s Oversize media does not feed from the universal paper trays or the multi-purpose tray.
