ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION Push lever 1. Install: G Push lever 1 G Bolt (push lever)
10 Nm (1. 0 m · kg, 7. 2 ft · lb)
NOTE: G Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil seal lip. G Fit the seat plate 2 in the groove a of the push lever and tighten the bolt (seat plate).
Clutch 1. Install: G Primary driven gear 1 G Thrust washer 2 G Clutch boss 3 NOTE: Apply the engine oil on the primary driven gear inner circumference.
2. Install: New G Lock washer 1 G Nut (clutch boss) 2
75 Nm (7. 5 m · kg, 54 ft · lb)
NOTE: Use the clutch holding tool 3 to hold the clutch boss. Clutch holding tool: YM-91042/90890-04086 Å i

R. Install: G Friction plate 1 G Clutch plate 2 NOTE: G Install the clutch plates and friction plates alternately on the clutch boss, starting with a friction plate and ending with a friction plate. Install: G Bearing 1 G Plain washer 2 New G Circlip 3 To push rod 1 4. Install: G Push rod 2 1 G Ball 2 G Push rod 1 3 NOTE: Apply the engine oil on the push rod 1, 2 and ball.
7. Install: G Clutch spring G Bolt (clutch spring)

8 Nm (0. 8 m · kg, 5. 8 ft · lb)
NOTE: Tighten the bolts in stage, using a crisscross pattern.
9. Install: G Clutch cover 1 G Bolt (clutch cover)
10 Nm (1. 0 m · kg, 7. 2 ft · lb)
NOTE: Tighten the bolts in stage, using a crisscross pattern.

NOTE: G Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil seal lip. G Install the oil seal with its manufacture's marks or numbers facing inward. Install: G Bearing 1 NOTE: Install the bearing by pressing its outer race parallel.

Impeller shaft 1. [. . . ] Run with the rebound damping adjuster one or two clicks on the stiffer side and readjust it to suit your preference. Adjusting the rebound damping will be followed more or less by a change in the compression damping. For correction, turn the low compression damping adjuster on the softer side.
