The programmable keys
Program supervision:

Therefore, you can access enabling/disabling the forwarding or "Do not disturb" function by simply pressing the programmed key.

The programmable keys
Changing programming
You want to change the programming of a key. The last program remains stored.
Erasing programming
You want to erase the programming of a key. After selecting the key to delete the programming (the associated indicator flashes): Enter the type code or *.
Press the key

Identifying the programmed keys
The paper label is used to indicate the name of the parties or functions programmed opposite each key (4 positions). 1 - Remove the transparent label protector by inserting a pointed object in one of the lower notches. 2 - Write the name of the party or programmed function in the label opposite the key. *.
A voice prompt welcomes you to the voicemail and gives you the different commands to access your voice mailbox. # code #

Note: we recommend storing this sequence on a programmable key.
A voice prompt indicates the number of messages received. The indicator goes out after the messages have been played.
Program the access codes on a key:
To make voicemail consulting easier, you can store your voice mailbox access codes on a programmable key (See section Programmable keys). Therefore, after calling the mail system, when the voice prompt asks you to enter the box no. A voice prompt indicates the number of messages received.

The multi-key function The multi-key function*
A multi-key programmed set has only one directory number, but has personalized keys to enable it to process several calls at the same time. Therefore, you can answer your parties as the calls arrive and display the calls on hold.
Note: This function will be programmed by your system operator. You must ask for a personalized key to be programmed for each call that you want to make at the same time. Example: for three simultaneous calls, ask for the multi-key function to be programmed on three keys.
Communicating with the multi-key function
The multi-key function must be programmed on at least two keys.
Answer a call:
When a call arrives on your set that is multi-key programmed, the indicator associated to the personalized key flashes.
Note: depending on the associated system version, you may need to lift the handset before carrying out the operation.

Answer a second call:
If another party tries to reach you, you will hear a beep and the indicator associated to the second programmed key flashes.
