Changing the settings
With the remote control:
1. · Every time the ASPECT button is pressed, the aspect mode changes from DEFAULT to NORMAL, to SQUEEZE, to ZOOM, to THROUGH, and back to DEFAULT. DEFAULT is automatically set to either NORMAL or SQUEEZE depending on the input signal.
With the INITIAL menu:

1. · If the projector was turned off before the lamp was cooled down sufficiently last time, the fan may start rotating and the STANDBY/ON button may not work after the power cable is plugged. (The STATUS indicator blinks green. ) After the fan stops rotating, press the STANDBY/ON button to turn back on the POWER indicator. In this condition, the POWER indicator turns red and the STATUS indicator blinks green. Wait about one minute for the STATUS indicator to be off and the POWER indicator to be steadily lit in red. · During this one minute period, the intake fan and exhaust fan rotate to cool the lamp. · Do not unplug the power cable while the STATUS indicator is blinking. Unplugging the power cable immediately after use may cause a breakdown. · The fan may make loud sounds during cooling; this is not a malfunction.
